Yes! We offer online counselling for Canadian teens and adults, specifically those who are facing challenging relationships with themselves or with others and are ready to make a change towards healthier and more positive relationships.
How Does Online Counselling Work?
Having an online therapy session is easy! Once you’ve confirmed an appointment time, you will receive an email with a link to our secure online platform. We also offer phone sessions too if you would prefer to not have a virtual counselling session.
How Do I Pay for an Online Counselling Session?

Does My Insurance Cover Online Counselling?
Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for online counselling services to be covered in full or in part. There are many insurance plans that are covered. Please contact your provider before the first online counselling session to see if Naturopathy services are a part of your insurance plan and to verify how your plan compensates you for online counselling services. We don’t offer direct billing but we’ll be happy to provide you with an invoice or anything else you need to submit for possible reimbursement.

Online counselling sessions are best experienced on any device that connects to the internet.
Is Online Counselling Secure?
Yes! The online counselling system that we use is compliant with Canadian privacy regulations. This means that video, audio, and chat communications cannot be recorded. Online sessions are also encrypted and none of the data is stored anywhere at anytime.
How can I do online counselling when I live with roommates/a partner/family?

Here are some suggestions that some clients who share their living space have found helpful:

  • shutting their bedroom door and turning on some music or other background noise
  • sitting in your car for the session
  • asking their roommates/partner/family to go for a walk or drive.
