Hi, I’m Latoya

As a counselor, I work with a lot of individuals who do not know why they stay in toxic relationships or why others do hurtful things to them. My belief is that once you’re able to get insight through counselling, you will be able to do the work to move past the hurt and the past trauma. You can then begin to create healthy relationships within yourself and with others.
