Yes! Although we may not be in the same physical space, I believe that we can still connect in a meaningful way virtually, whether by telephone, online video, email, or online chat. By using solution-focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength-based therapies, we’ll help and support you through these difficult times.

Here are some suggestions that some clients who share their living space have found helpful:
