Yes! Although we may not be in the same physical space, I believe that we can still connect in a meaningful way virtually, whether by telephone, online video, email, or online chat. By using solution-focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength-based therapies, we’ll help and support you through these difficult times.

How can I do online counselling when I live with roommates/a partner/family?
Here are some suggestions that some clients who share their living space have found helpful:
- shutting their bedroom door and turning on some music or other background noise
- sitting in your car for the session

My belief is that once you’re able to get insight through counselling, you will be able to do the work to move past the hurt and the past trauma.
