Yes! Although we may not be in the same physical space, I believe that we can still connect in a meaningful way virtually, whether by telephone, online video, email, or online chat. By using solution-focused, narrative, collaborative, and strength-based therapies, we’ll help and support you through these difficult times.

Here are some suggestions that some clients who share their living space have found helpful:

As a counselor, I work with a lot of individuals who do not know why they stay in toxic relationships or why others do hurtful things to them. My belief is that once you’re able to get insight through counselling, you will be able to do the work to move past the hurt and the past trauma.
