Hi, I’m Latoya
I’m a counsellor who is committed to supporting individuals who find themselves in toxic or dysfunctional relationships – whether with a romantic partner, family member, friend, or colleague.
I foster a climate of openness, trust, caring, understanding, and acceptance in every counselling session. My hope is that you will have a safe space where you can experience your feelings fully and work through them.
Through our collaboration, you will increase your self-awareness, self-acceptance and your responsibility; to be able to connect with yourself in a deeper and more genuine way.
As a counsellor, I work with a lot of individuals who do not know why they stay in toxic relationships or why others do hurtful things to them. My belief is that once you’re able to get insight through counselling, you will be able to do the work to move past the hurt and the past trauma. You can then begin to create healthy relationships within yourself and with others.

The AdassaWay
You may never fully understand why someone else says or does hurtful things, but it is not necessary for you to move forward. It is your WHY, that is essential to your healing because that is where your power is. Your power is in understanding your own story; which leads to forgiveness, love and acceptance.
